How does Octulo work?
Pick a plan, then send requests from your Octulo portal. Our team works on as many requests at once as your plan has active slots. Everything else waits in your queue, in the order you choose. You review drafts in the portal, ask for changes or approve, and download the final files.
What is an active request slot?
A slot is one request our team is working on right now. With 4 slots, 4 requests are in progress at the same time. When you approve one, the next request in your queue starts on its own.
How many requests can I send?
As many as you like. There is no monthly cap on requests. Your plan sets how many we work on at once, and the rest line up in your queue.
How fast will I see a first draft?
Most graphics get a first draft within 1 business day. Complex designs and video take 2 to 3 business days. Every request shows its expected first draft time before you send it, and on its card after.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited revisions on every request until you are happy. If a change turns the request into something new, we will ask you to send it as a new request.
Can I change the order of my requests?
Yes. Drag your queue into the order you want, or mark one request as urgent to move it to the top. You don't need to ask anyone.
What can you design?
Social posts, carousels, stories, ad sets, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, email headers, thumbnails and resize packs. If your plan includes video: short video edits, reels and motion graphics.
How do I give feedback?
Click anywhere on a design to pin a comment, or comment at an exact moment in a video. Then approve, or ask for changes. It all works on your phone too.
Do I get the source files?
Yes. Each request asks which source format you want, and the source file is delivered with the final files.
Do you use AI?
Our designers sometimes use AI tools to work faster. If you would rather we didn't, switch AI off on any request and it is made from scratch.
Who will work on my requests?
Our own in-house designers and video editors in Canada and Brazil. You see who is on each request, and we keep the same people on your brand over time.
When is the team working?
Monday to Friday, with designers in Toronto and São Paulo covering a long working day between them. We reply to messages the same day during those hours.
Can my teammates use Octulo?
Yes. Invite teammates as admins, members or viewers. Each plan includes a number of seats.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 7 days are free on any plan. You add a card at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and billed monthly in US dollars. Cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I change or pause my plan?
Upgrade anytime and the extra slots start right away. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. You can also pause from your billing page for up to 2 months.
Can I add more slots without changing plans?
Yes. Add extra active slots to any plan for $495 a month each.
