Terms of service
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms cover your use of Octulo, a design and video subscription operated by [legal entity to be confirmed] (we, us). By subscribing you agree to them.
1. The service
Octulo gives you access to graphic design and, on plans that include it, video editing, requested and delivered through the Octulo portal.
Your plan sets how many requests we work on at the same time (active slots) and which kinds of work are included. Other requests wait in your queue in the order you set.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and for keeping your sign-in links private.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract on behalf of the business you subscribe for.
3. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page.
A new workspace's first subscription starts with a free trial (currently 7 days). A card is required at checkout and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. One trial per workspace.
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not refund partial months unless required by law.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. You may pause your plan for up to 2 months; no requests are worked on while paused.
If a payment fails we will retry it and let you know. Work may pause until the balance is paid.
4. Requests, revisions and turnaround
Revisions are unlimited within a request. A change that turns a request into something new may need to be sent as a new request.
Turnaround times shown in the portal are estimates based on your queue, the request type and our team hours. We work hard to meet them but they are not guarantees.
5. Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You confirm you have the rights to the material you send us and give us permission to use it to complete your requests.
Once a request is approved and your subscription is paid up, you own the final files and source files we deliver for it.
Fonts, stock images and other third-party material stay subject to their own licences. We tell you when a design relies on something you need to license.
6. AI tools
Our team may use AI tools to help create your work. You can switch AI off on any request, and that request is then made without them.
7. Acceptable use
We may decline requests that are unlawful, infringe someone else's rights, or are hateful, deceptive or harmful.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes before they apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed]. Questions: [contact email to be confirmed].
